At Pacifier Kids Boutique, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all boutique tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
